Delaware city councilwoman Carolyn Kay Riggle will be on the ballot as a county commissioner candidate after all.

The Delaware County Board of Elections voted 3-1 Tuesday evening to certify Riggle to the May primary ballot, overturning a decision from the week before.

Riggle is now one of four certified candidates seeking the Republican nomination to an open county commission seat. The seat is currently held by commissioner Todd Hanks, who is not running for office.... Cont'd
