Ground was broken Thursday for the $8.5 million Orange Township Branch of the Delaware County District Library at 7171 Gooding Blvd.

The 33,000-square-foot branch, to be funded with voter-approved levy proceeds, will house about 112,000 books, have dedicated teen and child rooms, 40-plus Internet-connected computers, community study rooms, a coffee shop and windows for drive-up and book drop service.... Cont'd
